After 2 years of development, we are delighted to introduce our new 3D printer, the Phrozen Mighty 4K 405nm. With our partners at Phrozen, we have developed new printing strategies and optimised many dental digitised indications. This DLP LCD resin printer has been tailored for use with our Centri™ Print UHD resins to make what we believe to be the most accurate and cost-effective dental models on the market. The build platform size of 200 x 125 x 220mm, is big enough to do 6 hollow models horizontally or 18 vertically, with production times of 6 in under 40 minutes @ 0.1mm. The XY resolution is 52μm so fit can be assured consistently.

The Mighty 4K represents the perfect dental solution for “just in time manufacturing”. Whether you buy multiple printers or our cost-effective aluminium resin vats, the Mighty 4K could be the answer you have been looking for.
