Description

The Kerox Base Wax blank was locally developed and produced with the finest raw material from both local and international producers. This disc is recognised to be top quality and exceptional value for money. It is made from temperature stable micro wax which burns out without residue, the stability of the wax composition allows the milling machine to mill the narrowest space with high efficiency and gives a smooth and homogeneous surface.
The solidus point of the wax is between 100 – 120°C and means there is no danger of melting when being milled, therefore it can be easily cleaned from the milling machine.
Homogenous surfaces, with a mirror like finish when milled means a clean surface when used in conjunction with investment.
The disc can be pressed, over pressed and burns out without residue.
