Description

Fully automatic dry heat processor that can cure any thickness of acrylic without causing porosity, strain or distortion. The unit does not produce steam or excessive condensation, this prevents flasks and clamps from corroding. Slow temperature ramping helps create a long polymer chain that gives strength to the acrylic and reduces excess monomer. The control unit can be programmed to cure up to 12 flasks.
