Description
The ceramill sintron® sintering metal (CoCr) allows the in-house laboratory fabrication of CNC-based non-precious metal restorations. ceramill sintron® provides the highest processing reliability combined with maximum control and convenience. Users can dispense with external fabrication of CoCr frameworks and the often error-prone CoCr casting process. Previously it has not been possible to dry mill this type of material on small, in-house laboratory milling machines due to the hardness of the material. The wax-like texture of the ceramill sintron® blanks, however, enables the material to be easily dry milled on desktop machines. The frameworks attain their final state during the subsequent sinter process in the ceramill® argotherm 2 furnace. There is also no change of veneering porcelain required: any standard porcelain suitable for CoCr can be used. Fabrication of non-precious metal units has never been easier, quicker, more convenient and better to control – with maximum value creation in the laboratory.
